Care Instructions

Our jewelry is crafted with care and deserves proper maintenance. Please follow these guidelines to keep your pieces looking beautiful:
  • Store jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising
  • Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • For professional cleaning, contact us for recommendations

Return Policy

Due to hygiene, wearability, and the handmade nature of our pieces, all jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or material
  • Improper handling or storage after purchase
If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact des Islets Florist & Gifts within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Repairs, replacements, or store credit may be offered at the discretion of des Islets Florist & Gifts.
To preserve the longevity of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and harsh chemicals.

Materials & Specifications

All materials are clearly labeled. We use gold-filled wire, gold plated brass, sterling silver wire, sterling silver plated copper, semi-precious stones, alloy charms, nickel-free components, freshwater pearls, glass, acrylic, and metal beads. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized jewelry orders are special and non-refundable once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order. We're happy to discuss your vision before you commit.

Floral Design & Substitution Clause

By placing an order with des Islets Florist & Gifts, the client acknowledges that flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability. While inspiration photos are welcomed and used as a guide for overall style, color palette, and aesthetic direction, exact replication of arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
Substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability, quality, freshness, or supplier limitations. In the event substitutions are required, flowers and/or materials of equal or greater value will be used while maintaining the overall look and feel of the design as closely as possible.
Specific flower varieties, ribbon colors, and specialty materials are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing prior to fulfillment. Designer discretion may be used to ensure the most cohesive and high-quality final product.
Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are final once arrangements have been accepted or picked up. Refunds will not be issued for minor variations in color, bloom size, flower variety, or artistic interpretation. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos included.
